Get User Bookmarks from server objects

Hi, I would like to find a way to retrieve the data of the users bookmark : Bookmark Name and ID.

Actually, this data can be viewed in the server objects table on Management Console --> Documents --> Server objects

but it is missing the bookmark name.

Option 1 : get the user bookmarks table to my data model

Option 2 : get it using macro (something like GetUserBookmark(UserName,BookmarkName)

Option 3 : use qlikview power tool (I have just heard about it but had no experience)

Then I will need to apply this bookmark by macro.

I will appreciate any help how to implement (option 1 or 2 or 3 or any other suggestion)
