Hi guys,

I would like to set up a list text box, that recommends actions based on some If statements. For example:

1) if customer OnlineSales2017 are higher than 0 and OnlineSales2018 are equal to 0, then give text "customer X is not an online customer anymore. please contact him!"

>> only the three most severe online losses shall be listed

2) if customer OfflineSales2018 is higher than OfflineSales2017 AND If customer OnlineSales2018 is smaller than OnlineSales2018 then give text "customer X is buying product Y mainly offline now."

>> only the three most severe online losses shall be listed

I would very much appreciate your help!
