Hi,

I've installed two extensions, Openlayers and SvgMap.
Unfortunately both refuse to show anything using the demo files, only a blank object.

I'm Working on a local client in WebView, QV LC 11.20 SR2 64bit and MSIE is version 10.

Looks to me like the Extension were installed correctly.
I can create new Objects, for example a SvgMap, but they are blank to.

Maybe some parameters to turn on/off or do I need to remove MSIE10?

In that case I'm in serious trouble..

Could you post some screenshots of the issue?

But I think the problem is IE10 (like mentioned here). Try going back to IE9 by uninstalling the IE10 update from the Control Panel.

Hi Borja,

Attached a screenshot.

I'm not sure about MSIE10 since in the call mentioned the user had IE7 and the same problems.

The extension is running (but not perfectly). Can you right click the object and open the Properties dialog?

HHmm... doesn't look that bad because you can see the properties.

That screenshot is using IE7 or IE10?

It's IE10.

I'll try to play around with some IE10 security settings.

Who knows...

Fixed!

Indeed after uninstalling MSIE10 the problem was solved (wasn't necessary to sacrifice my own machine )

I'll report this to Qliktech.
It is not acceptable that things do not work in IE10

Fred,

Even though IE10 is supported from 11.20 SR2, that doesn't mean that all the extensions will work under WebView with IE10. Keep in mind that some extensions may or may not work depending on the IE version installed due to,

for example, the compatibility with latest JS libraries used by the extension. I've seen recently a case with the Word Cloud extension which uses some libraries that won't make the extension run if using IE8.

I agree and am familiar with browsers and versions

Maybe the fact that SvgMap is a Qliktech Extension is the reason for me to hope for some extra effort by Qliktech.
