      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- use the same variable on both charts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- use variable1 for show condition of chart1, then add a trigger on variable1 OnChange event that set the variable2. Then use variable2 on show condition of chart2. It is more complicated but you have one variable for each chart.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, if you need that certain objects will be affected by certain user selections, you can use Alternate states (see QlikView help file).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
