Does anyone has upgraded from SR3 to SR5 version ? We tried to upgrade it and found the alignment issues and also objects got overlapped. Although it is not the functionality issue. Still a lot of manual work has to be done to correct it.

And we had this issue when we upgraded to SR3 version. Is there any fix for it other than manual work.

Hi

When upgrading to higher version of QlikView some changes (adjusting) will require manual works. But chart objects overlapping seem to be strange.

Can you be more specific about the QlikView build version? Indicating SR3 and SR5 is not helpful as both version 10 and version 11.20 have SR3 and SR5. So it is hard to imagine your previous or/and current version.

You can consider contacting QlikView support at support@qlik.com.

Regards,

Hi,

Normally no major problem should originate for upgrading from 11.20SR3 to 11.20SR5. They belong to the same branch 11.20.

I think you will need to manually adjust the overlapping objects and alignment issues.

/joseph

I agree we can manually adjust it. But it is a lot of manual work considering the number of dashboards and number of objects.
