System Monitor - User Cal Type 'None'

I have made a System Monitor for Qlikview and it gives me four CAL Types.

User CAL
Document CAL
Usage CAL
None

I am concerned that it is giving me a 'None' for CAL type. This 'none' value is assigned to some users with User CALs and some with Document CALs. Has anyone else came across this before and would be able to shed some light on the situation?

Further investigation has brought me to a point where I have excluded the Cal Type none from the selections. I hope this helps anyone who stumbles across this thread!
