QV Plus - Beta release

Hello everybody,

I am glad to announce the beta release of QV Plus, a set of tools designed for QlikView developers.

With QV Plus you can perform time consuming tasks like:

- expressions error check

- expressions bulk modifications

- variables management (rename, import, export, smart clean-up)

- document translation into other languages

- lock/unlock document

- objects styling

Hi Lucian,

I have downloaded QV Plus from the link above, but I cannot see my expressions, also if I open the script editor to copy a script into it, the script editor fills the screen and QV Plus disappears, i need to close the script editor to see QV Plus again, but that defeats the purpose of trying to drag the script into the Script Editor.

btw.. this is a really good tool and I can see many benefits in using this, are you releasing as Open Source?

Hi Alan,

The "Repository - Expression" menu has to be refreshed manually because there's no event to let me know if an expression was changed in the document. So you need to right-click on QV Plus and select "Repository" -> "Refresh expressions".
This option and some other advanced features are not available in the free version.

The script editor window is resizable, make it smaller and use it like here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9GUfzOO6zE
