loading failed on qlikview server

Hello,

I have planed the automatic loadings of qlikview documents on qlikview server.

however, no document takes care, I have an error message (see united image) and I do not understand why.

When I charge the documents manually, that functions well. I do not have a problem of connection to the database, nor of loading of script.

If somebody would have an idea where to seek the source of the problem, because the log isn't very explicit?

Based on the messages, the failure happens after the reloading of the document is complete. My guess is that the service account that's running the services on the Server, doesn't have permission to write to the folder where the document is located.

Hi, as Oleg saids is looks like a permission problem

check that the user that create the task is in the qlikview administrator group and have permission to acces to the folder where the documents are , and check that the user are in the administrator group too.

In QMEC go to the documents where u given or assign the reload time on that page go to down here you see the section access where you have to provide Administrator account id and password of server

I Have checked it. the service account qlikview_svc has all rights and is also in the administror group.

I try again with no more succes :

I've found the solution. It was a problem with the connexion ODBC with the qlikview service account which differnt with the account I use for manual refresh.
