Help with Condition

Mat_MATNR	Plt_WERKS	CSC	=sum(FCastUnits)	FTS
		-	65089
5021404	FOBR	3.89	0
5021404	1000	4.2	65089	273373.8
5021404	1200	4.21	0

in the above table at given point there will be only one value of Plt_WERKS( is identified by condition Sum(Fcastunits)>0) for Mat_MATNR and at the end we will consider the CSC for the plt_WERKS then multiply CSC*Sum(Fcastunits) to get FTS. now i need to write a condition to consider the particular CSC based on the plt_WERKS for the given Mat_MATNR if this can be done in script would be much better and i have tried few conditions but nothing worked for me, I hope someone here can help me out with the condition?
