Is it possible to manipulate the Static Max expression?

Static Min = 0, Static Max=15 and Static Step=1

E = 22, F = 30

Let say we were to select E and F, and upon selection, Static Max will become

larger than the selected item and will show value from 0 to 30.

Just say Min(F2) in the Static Min and Max(F2) in the Static Max. Thanks. PFA as well.

without selection the value of Static Max should still 10 and after the selecting an item Max(F2)
