Images Not Rendering in Webview

Hi all,

My company just installed SR5, and as soon as we tried to open our dashboards in webview, several of the images would not render. When I log in to Qlikview via Desktop, all of the images in the module appear correctly. The images are stored on a shared server. Even after reloading the dashboards and re-mapping the image files, we still see nothing rendering in webview. Any ideas why this would be the case?

Hi Paul

that was a issue I had when using V11 SR2 under QVS

Images came back when i returned back to V10.

So if you step back to previous version, check if images return.

If it does so, i suggest you wait for a patch to fix this.

The weird thing is that it's only happening in one document. I have about 10 other documents where the images are rendering correctly, but this one shows no images. I assumed it must be somewhere in the document settings for this specific module, but I can't find anything. The module uses section access, but I don't think that would cause anything peculiar. I can't figure it out.

Hi just to be sure, did you double check that is not an order problem, that the images is behind something else (background object)!?
