Hi Deepak,

There is loads documentation on QlikCommunity and other blogs which provides insights. Having 7+ years experience in DB & BI world. I couldn't better tool than QlikView for rapid development and flexibility of development.

the associative data model
intuitive user interface and immediate response
global search
scalability
multi-sources of data
self-service possibilites (enhance given apps yourself)
team collaboration features
mobile on all devices
offline possibilities
integration in all regards (intranet ...)
