Salesforce login failed

Hi:

Anyone worked on salesforce integration. I have downloaded Salesforce DLL (32 bit) and tried to login to the site by using the saleforce login credential. It throws me error saying that ' Failed to login, API is not enabled for this organisation or partner'. can anyone be able guide me on this, what should be done to enable the API ? I am running Qlikview Personal Edition and my computer is 32 bit.

Attached the screen shot of error I am getting.

I believe QlikTech must allow you to connect thought the required API.

In this case Please contact your account manager he will definitely help you.
