      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can get it to open to the point where you see a file menu, you can do a reduce data , this should leave you with enough of a file to then attempt a reload.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
