I personally do not have experience with Web Trends, but it seems you can pull the data you want using their webservice methods. See here for an example of their webservice: http://developer.webtrends.com/webtrends/community/developer/blog/2009/03/12/connecting-with-net-to-webtrends-web-services

I have posted a WiKi for Webservice calls from QV, but this one may require to have a better interfacing (using custom DLL) mechanism.

Do you have any recommendations regarding how to authenticate the user when attempting to link WebTrends' webservice to a QV app? WebTrends requires three elements for authentication an Account, a Username, and a Password.

Connect to [https://ws.webtrends.com/v2] (Account, Username, Password);

It seems here is an example of what you can do using VBA and Excel sheet. I am not expert in Webtrend data, but this should give you some ideas.

We have a user who has successfully extracted data from the Web Trends API using the QVSource General Web Connector:
