Create PDF Report from QlikView dashboard (Not through Publisher)

Hi,

We want to create a PDF report from the QlikView Dashboard (not using publisher) for two graphs in the dashboard by clicking a button.

Please could you let me know how we can achieve it and is there any software to be installed on the user's machine to do this?

Hi Joseph,

if you don't want o use publisher, you won't use either PDF report distribution.

It exists someothers tools like Nprinting or CIA

you can build also your own tool and create ppt reports to save as pdf

Hi,

What are you trying to do? are you placing a button in the document that the user can press?

If so, you can create the reports in the software, and then if you create a button one of the default actions is "print report" (under the "print" category"). In the live documents, this actually sends the report straight to a PDF.
