      <title>Access Point Dashboard Not Appearing</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a user that cannot view a dashboard available on Access Point. I have checked using my credentials and few others that can view the dashboard, but it does not appear on his list,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went onto the QEMC and the user does have a named cal. I also allocated a document cal to the user as well to see if this would correct the available list...it did not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please assist me on how I go about resolving this issue, what steps and checks I should perform&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Byron&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
