Hello Team,

I have assigned to document licence to user deep.Now user is able to access doc successfully.

User deep is using another 3 people for accessing same document.

My question is is it possible to give message or restrict other people when document is opened by one of three people using same username(deep)when different user is trying to access document on different machines.

Go to QMC
Under System select Qlikview Web Servers
Inside Access Point option at the right hand side you can show your message.

Thanks for response.Can you please tell me how this work.

When other people trying to access same document by using same document licences then how it will display the message.

Is he able to restrict other people when document already opened.

Moreover what is the use of open document options.

Deepak this message will be general message for all the users on access point. Just put a test message and check you access point home page.

Conditional messaging is not possible.I mean if document is open already is it possble to show thje meassage.
