      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello all, i was wondering if anyone out there can help with a situation.&amp;nbsp; We are running QV 11.2 SR 3 and recently upgraded from IE 10 from IE 9, but am receiving an "&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;"&gt;Local Computer Error &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM class="jive-hilite" style="font-weight: bold; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; background-color: #ffffcd; color: #3d3d3d;"&gt;1053&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;"&gt;:The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion&lt;/SPAN&gt;" When we try to start Qlikview Services - The only Service that does start is QV Service 'service' but none of the others will start.&amp;nbsp; Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Loren&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
