How do i do random selections and highlight them in a graph

Dear All,

The client requirement is Random selectios:

Suppose i select Year=2008

Month=Jan,Feb,Apr

and again i do selection

Year=2009

Month=Jan,Feb

can these random selections be shown on Graph

What i did

I cloned the graph

and made second cloned copy detached and did selections for 1 st graph.These selections will not affesct the clone detached copy

Then i detached first graph and activated Second graph

Did selections for Second graph

In this way was able to achieve it

But here drawback is that i have to detach and attach and create 2 copies..

I want to achieve this in a single graph with the selection fields displayed in graph

I am attaching the snapshot of the above scenario.

Can anyone help me in this...................................

Hi Arvind

A Possible solution to create a field of Year & Month. This should make you able to do a selection across the years.

Selection of 200801,200802,200803,200901,200902 can be made in that field.
