Reload from Qlikview Management Console

I have a qvw to reload. I can manually reload from the server by clicking the reload button but when I try to reload from the Qlikview Management Console it fails. The error I get is 'Failing to check out the Document'

Based on the above, it looks like you might not have right permissions to the file (maybe when a file was moved from dev to prod?)

Does the QlikView service account have network access to your document?

You can also check logs somewhere here C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService
