Particular report is crashing on access point

Hi,

One of the my reports on access point is crashing. We are using IE 8. And Qlikview version using is 11 SR 2. This is happening for a particular report only. And this report is crashing in all environments UAT, DEV & PROD. This is happening since last few days. Couldn't figure out exact reason, Any insight please?

If it's a chart, could be the expression complexity causing the issue. Could you share the chart details: like expression, dimension ?

Its Qlikview Application, having 17 tabs & mulitple charts, tables etc. I wont be able to share dashboard due to security reasons. But this application was working perfectly few days back & no change has been done since Mar 14. It started to crash just few days back. So i dont think its related to any chart or table, also log file is not showing any error.

Please check the memory and CPU usage used by this document.

You may remove the document from Access Point and redeploy again. Is it hanging in your local system too?

How big is the document? Are there any chart having complex and multilevel expressions which is consuming more CPU to render the chart?
