I have created the above pivot table except Total Column. How can create a Total Column across the data as above in pivot table. Pls help.

Hi,

Add New Expression,

write Expression

=Column(1)+Column(2)+Column(3)+Column(4)+Column(5)

Give Label Total

In my Pivot Table I have columns A,B,C,D,E with figures as indicated above. But I can total of the column Value in my pivot table Eg Amount underlined below, How can I show the total column in pivot table.

Hi Max

Adding new expression is ok. But once when I click the pivot table the total column got created but I could not save the document. So I just want to know whether there is any other way that you suggest

What do you mean Total column is created after click the Pivot table and then You could not save the document,

Can You explain what is actually happening??
