Allow user to create alert on a metric</P><P>2. Console to mange all alerts. Basically view, edit &amp; delete if necessary.</P><P>3. Ability for a user to Subscribe or unsubscribe to get alerts.</P><P></P><P>I have used alert wizard &amp; creation of alerts from QV Desktop.
