We have the Small Business Edition of QlikView with about 50 users.

Unfortunately we are literally creating almost an identical file for each end user that is a salesperson so they only see their own sales and commissions. This obviously has a ton of issues not the least which is any time there is new data or an object has to be added/modified it has to be done in every file!

Any advice on whether we can create security where a user would only see the data they are given access to? Each salesperson has an ID within a customer table that is used in the model - not sure if that can somehow be used?

Or do we need to upgrade to publisher?

Thanks in advance,

Steve
