What happens to DOC CAL after deleting the document ?

Hi All,

i have deleted few files which have document CALs associated with . Now i cant see those CALs added back to available CALs .

please let me know how do i retrieve back those cals ?

You should not delete the documents for which you assigned the CAL without removing the CAL's first.If you do like this those CAL's won't release and not add back to the available CAL's.

There is one work around for this,

1.Create those many dummy documents with the same names which you deleted.

2.Remove the CAL's now

3.Delete the documents

Now you the CAL's will add to the available CAL's.

If the doc cal's don't clear, you may have to reapply the license key. You should perform this action as your as your last resource. Keep in mind, you may have to reassign the name users back if you have any.
