Hello,

We use publisher to assign what user can read what dashboard. The access is managed using NTFS and in properties of the deployed files, only users that are defined in the QMC task appear.

I have added my user to the "document supervisors" for a mount point and I regenerated the QVW files. However, I still cannot see these files and my user have no rights to read them. Why does this happen?

Please change NTFS to DMS and check if this works fine for you.

I cannot change it to DMS (denied by licence).

Actually we are also facing the same issue, when we approched Qliktech people they suggested us to change DMS and it has been 2 weeks reports are working fine for all our users across the world.
