I got out of memory issue in Straight table.

If you don't have enough RAM to hold your data, then you will get this error

It depends on the RAM and if there is any nested IF condition in the straight table may cause the object out of memory or in your data model if it is not perfect means any key refer to table which is not in proper order connected. This are the following reasons for the Object out of memory.
