Problem with Access Point - No Server

I had a look in the Log and get the following error.

The Bindings were changed and the formlogin, js files etc by a colleague who tried to replicate a current server which resulted in this server no longer being viewed on Access point.

The Access point worked until the bindings were changed. These have now been reset.

Error is
