Pivot table

Hi All,

PFA for reference.

i have pivot table with 3 dimensions and 2 expressions.i changed one dimension to horizontal one(Location Name).

My requirement is: when i select any value frosm the filters Location Name should not change.

how to do that??

can anyone help me out.

In the presentation tab of the properties of the pivot table, unmark Suppress Zero-Values, (Location: Name dimension). Look at the image

Hi Rathnam,

If expression value is not there particular location for filter date it won't see in pivot.

What you want to achieve?You want all location should be there irrespective of date filter?

If you want to achieve all the location should there all the time,You have to work on source data.

Make sure there is at least one record for given dimension and filter.

Like each date have at least single entry for all location.

Actually Location Name is my Calculated Dimension.i want to freeze it for the current selections.

What do you mean by freeze it for any current selection.

The way I have done, it will get affected for all filters except location.

Please elaborate more regarding your required output.
