IE Plugin Issue

Hi Community

I have changed the Default Preferred Client to IE Plugin.

On Opening the Application after installing IE Plugin on User system,

the Pop-Up message appears Show All Content. See the Attachment. When I click on it than only it shows the Application Data.

This Pop-Up message appears every time users open Application and to see the Application data they need to click on Show All content.

Is there any workaround such that Show All Content message doesn't appear and applications opens up by its own in Plugin Mode.

Hi Nag,

Actually this is by default settings of IE8,9 browser which will ask you for authentication of data to be displayed.

You can avoid this option, please follow these steps:

Go to IE browser
Go to Tools as below:--->>>Internet Options

Go to Security tab-->>>Click on Custom Level--->>>which will show you image below .

Now there is a option in list somewhere down "Display mixed content" . Please Enable this option and press ok.

One more question:

Some users are using IE 10 & when they click on send to excel option, no excel sheet is generated

& some users can generate it. What is the issue????

Are you using any macro for generating excel , if this is the case then follow this:

Tell your users to one there application.
press CTRL+SHIFT+M and you will be having window as below:

Here select by default option as "Give System Access to Module Script" and press ok.
