Hi,

After logging-in in the the iPad app, I am getting an error message, " Error downloading the document list " Any help?

Hello Fernando,

we had the same problem.

We got this problem when we enter the the following URL as AccessPoint in the iPad App:

http://<IP-Adress>/qlikview

For testing reasons we entered this URL without the "qlikview" at the end.

Like this: http://<IP-Adress>

Another possible URL was this one:

And this change was the solution for the problem with the document list.error.

Hi Fernando,

Please check it with port.

Whether QlikView Web Server is open or not, and also check whether you define right port in web server or not?
