Background image not shown in Access Point

Hi,

I insert an image as background image in document properties, but not shown in Access Point. Anyone come across this issue? I tried to put in every sheet properties, still the same.

Dear khoo.

Go to Document Properties | Opening and select "None" under document thumbnail. Save the document.

No, it's doesn't help. Document thumbnail is the image display in Access Point Menu. My problem is when i access/open the document, the contents, background image not shown.

As per your screen shot I am able to understand that Finance Dashboard image with blue color is not shown at the time of access this through Access point.....?

Its may be browser problem or any system error..

Can you take that image in any text object and try on chrome ...

Hi Khoo,

I had the same issue and solved it with installing servicepack 6 for version 11.

An other solution could be placing a textobject which contains the image.

Let me know if 1 of these works

It was viewed from Chrome, even though I tried in IE. As long as any image objects, it will not shown.

please try with text box..may be its a QV version bug...

Be sure that you using the same QV version and Server configuration on other machine...

Hi,

If you are still having this problem you could look into the QV 'Bundle' function.

From the QV help...

The Bundleprefix is used to include external files, such as image or sound files, or objects connected to a field value, to be stored in the qvw file.

This means that the image file will be embedded within you QVW, so there would never be an issue with the server not being able to reach the image file for display.
