Give me some information regarding this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just have used the link. I thought that IE Plugin comes along with Server Download. It was solved by our helpdesk team just by adding an entry on the domain DNS server that associates the ip address to the server name. This solution was applied in each remote location and solved the problem immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was like the remote location was not able to recognize the server name to run the IE Plugin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IPaddress&amp;nbsp; Servername&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Example:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;xx.xx.xx.xx MyPRODServerName&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
