Dear Experts,

I have some knowledge about section access, but this requirement needs expert's help.

I have two sets of data, the first one has only ADIDs of top management and they will not have any transactions associated. They want the complete access of my application.

Second data is the area where I need your help. Here we have Employee ID,ADID and Type. Here Employee ID will connect directly to my transactions for the reps. For specialists I have one more table through which I connect to my transactions.

Now the reps and specialists should access only their data(Transactions based on their Employee ID).

Could you please help with the logic.

Thanks & Regards

Jeba

Hello Jebamalai,

Not sure if anything looks off here. You seem to be using a unified security field (Emp ID) for all user roles. If fact data is marked with an (Emp ID) and you load ADID as NTNAME (as long as the entries are valid user accounts), you should be good to go.
