Creating Time Lines

Hi all,

i have a table with SNO,FISCIAL_YEAR_WEEK_NUM.

based on some condition i want to create Time Lines.

Conditions Are:

1. if(SNO =1, then Time line is FW17

2. If(SNO >= 1 and SNO<= 4, then time line is between max and min Fiscial year----> FW17_FW13

3. If(SNO >= 1 and SNO<= 13, then time line is between max and min Fiscial year---->FW17_FW05
4. If(SNO >= 1 and SNO<= 41, then time line is between max and min Fiscial year---->FW17_FW25
