Hi All,

I developed a module that sends email alerts to various users when a condition is met. I have checked in the Alerts Wizard "Events: On Post Reload" and nothing else. Even with this single selection, email are still triggered both when the module is opened and after reload. This causes my users to get 2 very similar emails every time the condition is met. How do I truly only trigger emails on post reload?

Hi paul, are you create a macro to send email?

you can call the macro at the last line in the script, doing that you sure that the macro will execute only when the script is finishing

you can invoque to a macro using the function call myFunction() in the script

Hi Paul,

I regularly use OnPostReload alerts and have not had this problem. Your settings look correct -- except I would remove "Show Popup".
