Section access query

Hi All,

i have section access implemented by NTNAME and everyone has USER access and i also have an inline table for an admin user using userid and password.

how would i be able to get prompted for admin userid if i want to get in as admin?

will it only work if i try and get in with an NTNAME that isn't included in the section access table?

Hi, that selection only makes the selections appropriate to what the user is allowed to see. there is no actual security in place with this ticked as the user only has to clear all to see all of the data. or am i wrong?

i want to be able to be prompted for a userid even though my NTNAME is within the section access table.

at the moment i have given myself admin access instead of user, but i wanted ALL users to have USER access and only to have admin access when needed
