Split week issue

Scenario: I have sales that I need to display on a straight chart with product and location as dimensions. However, whenever there is a week that is split between two months, it messes up the sales data.

Example: 6/30/2014 is a Monday date of that week but because that is the only day of June in that week. It only shows the sales for 6/30/2014 for the whole week so the sales for 7/1/2014 through 7/6/2014 is not being recorded on my chart.

I know I need to create a calendar. After I create the calendar, what is the logic that I need to put in place to say that it always needs to pull the data for the whole week even if there is a month split. So if I have a Monday date of 6/30/2014, it needs to pull in data for 6/30/2014 until 7/6/2014 even if the month is split.

Any help is appreciated.

Is Month a dimension on your chart? You only mentioned Product and Location above.

My apologies.

Not just month but Weeks which is the Monday date so (i.e 6/30/2014, 7/72014, 7/14/2014, 7/21/2014)

Can you upload an example qvw or post a screenshot of your chart?
