Hi,

iam trying to show data in pivot table

empname, sal, manager ,grand total

some '-'(hypon symbols are coming') how to remove that symbols(-) like -

Hi,

If your question was regarding changing the null/missing value, that can be done under settings - presentation - null symbols and missings symbols. You can change it to any character you would like.

Hi ,

For to remove null from dimension switch to Dimesion tab in properties window and check the box supress null

for expression switch to presentation tab and check the box Supress zeros or supress missing .
