Force bar chart to 100%

Can someone provide the code for me, I have tried every way I can think of; but can’t get it.

I want bars in chart to all total 100%. Please open file, and upload solution; I’m spent on this one.

Mekko Chart is right way otherwise set the scale for the chart will help you.

additionally I had to set the expressions number format to "Expression default"
