send to excel formatting in Pivot table

can we set format of pivot table on send to excel .

we can easily achiev this in straight table.but in pivot

hope someone could helps me

Send to Excel will only send the data to excel, never the formatting. You can try right clicking the table and choose Copy to Clipboard and the the option Full Table. But this won't work in the ajax client.

thanks for reply.

but what i can observe is that in straight table data export as formatted. while in pivot not

for ex: long text in straight is proper but not in pivot table.

so i am looking for the way to proper format in send to excel
