Hello Community,

I have created QlikView Report under Report Editor tab.

but at the time when i try to view this Document from access point,

i could able to view QlikView Report.

Hi,

There will be two report one is Document Report that is available on Server (Access Point) .

Another is User Report, reports created here will be accessed from Desktop only.

Make sure you have correct report.

Hi,

Yes very much possible.

Just create a new report from the drop down select Document report,

Then it will prompt you to copy content from User Report to Document Report.

Look at the image attached.

but how can i view from access point, not from dekstop.

and what is differense between Document Report and User Report.

Hi,

If you have PDF Licence with you,

Then you can distribute PDF file(User Report) to end users mail boxes.

Users report will be accessible from Desktop.

Document Report will be accessible from Server / Access Point. ( You can even print the report from access-point directly)

I dont want to distribute User Report via mail box,

but i want print User Report from server, then how can i achive this task.

you can check the same, place this document in QlikView server.

Access it from access point. and you can print report from drop-down selection. Have a look at the attached image.

I'm Not sure if it works without publisher Licence.

Nevertheless just give a try once.

Hello Villyee,

Difference between Document report & User report in your QlikView Desktop consists in document report is saved under your QlikView Document whereas your user report is saved in your desktop (you can see the location in User Preferences > Locations).

So a report which has been saved as a User document can't be viewed from the access point.

You should save your report as a document report and save your application.

After that, then you're in the access point, go to the application where the report was saved.

If you're in ajax, you've got a tool bar at the top of your application like this :

If you don't have this toolbar, you must change the option on your QlikView Server.
