Text as Popup on touch enabled device

Hi All,

I have a scatter plot chart that is used with a google map api.

However the chart works fine on the desktop. The only issue is i have some expressions that are tagged as "Text as popup" and this does not appear on tablets like Nexus or iPad.

Does anyone have any idea on how to show the text as popup information on touch based devices.

Not all features supports on mobile devices.

Yes, Agreed.

But i am just looking for any workaround that is available, as without that feature the chart looks of no use, except just showing the bubbles. There is no interaction with the user, which basically makes it quite useless.

Did you try full browser option on your tablet?

and also give a try with different browsers.

I have the same issue, you have to disable the touch functionality on the system you want Qlik to work on...once that is done the tool tips appear normally.

This is a pain for the users to do every time they want to use Qlik.
