Loop email alerts on a field

Is it possible to loop email alerts on a specific field similar to the way it is done in reports? I want to send monthly email alerts to individual users based on the "User" field. Given that a group of users exceeded a certain limit, I want the alert wizard to loop over each "guilty" user and send a personalized email with specific data from their account. Is this achievable?

I am pretty sure you cannot do that with QlikView 'out of the box'.

I use the 3rd party add on product called NPrinting that can do things like this.

I expect it could be done with macro's but I try to avoid using them.
