Not able to send mail

Dear All,

I have QlikView Publisher licence. I have scheduled the application when it reloads then need to send mail to some persons.

But it is not working . I have set all the settings also . An error is coming.I am attaching the log files also.

& Guys can you have any Macro that can auto send mail to the required person at time of reload ?Tell me one thing how we will cofigure mail in QlikView User Preference >Mail

If you have then please provide.

U need to configure mail first then u can able to see send mail option tab
