timestmap issue

Hi Everyone,

I have a issue with the timestamp and date,let me explain it clearly.. I have a sheet attached where there is a date , when the work has started and in the column1 i hae the name of the person who operated the equipment and column3 has the name of the equipment the person has operated. I have the timings of work and it starts from 22:40:00 and with a 40 min interval.

the problem i have here is lets say the time (hh:mm:ss) value at the column F , itmeans the work has gone to the next day as i have 24hour time format.

to be more clear the Date(16/02/2014) has been finished at 23:59:59 and the 17/02/2014 has started at 00:00:00. I have created a mapping table to find the end of the time lets say for 22:40:00 the end time of the 40 min interval would be 23:19:59

I have used concatenated the date with the time (hh:mm:ss) and used a cross table to build the my new timestamp column which would look like

16/02/2014 22:40:00 but the problem here is if i just concatenate the date column value to the time i would get 16/02/2014 00:00:00 which is wrong instead i should be able to get 17/02/2014 00:00:00 and other time values after and equal to 00:00:00 should have the date of the next day.

Any suggestions are much appreciated!!!
