Hi Satish,

You should be good at delegating and getting the work done from a team.

Also you must have good knowledge on Design/Architecture i.e. in and out of QlikView.

A good analysis skill is always a prerequisite for any developer. I find in general, a BI person should be good at understanding the SQL. You should understand the data, and then you can create your own dashboard.

Qlikview developer should be also good in data visalization.
