QMC status tab?

In the QMC is there a way to ONLY view the status tab? I want the ability only to run tasks.

Do you have publisher and have you looked at 'Document Administrators' ?

Document Administrators

To delegate the responsibility of creating tasks to people not part of the QlikView Administrators group, users can be appointed document administrators. The document administrators are only allowed to access the tabs in QMC that are related to either user documents or source documents.

Note! The use of document administrators requires a QlikView Publisher license.

Thanks for the response. We don't want access to document or source documents. We only want this particular user to run tasks only and log information.

Makes sense. I don't know of a non-customized way to do this myself. Document Admins are 1 level of reduced admin access but its kind of all or nothing around the document... document, document tasks etc...

If I see any existing custom implementations that leverage the QMC API to display and give execute privs to tasks only i'll come back to this.
