    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is obviously great about QV is the decision making tools it provides.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been able to produce some testing reports and via dynamic updates and setting variables and exporting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have created something that works as a repository for making research notes on potential issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I find it clunky at best...could be user error but I have researched quite a bit and trial and error'd my way through&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;something that works but is far from perfect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A good 'in box' solution for Notes that can be shared / compiled among users would really be phenomenal and have the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;opportunity for quite a selling feature I would think.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thx,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brooks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
